At Leaf & Luster, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you receive a
product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or
replacement at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original
packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used liquid detergent products are
not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or leakage at the
time of delivery.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a replacement or
refund as applicable. Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of
payment on same day of request received. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable
unless the return is due to our error.
